At SALTY Beach Setups, we love weddings. Whether you are looking for a full-service planning or come seeking a la carte options, we love bringing weddings to life on and off the beach.

Our team will capture the vision, coordinate vendors, secure permits, and coordinate every detail throughout whole event whether you are eloping with just the two or you or bringing the whole crowd.

Wedding and Event Services

Full-Scale Event Planning

Bring us your vision, place it in our hands, and sit back while you wait for us to make it come to life! This service involves the SALTY team discovering and facilitating booking for all or almost all event elements including venue, vendors, and rentals.

Pricing: $2,500

Partial Event Planning

You book some of your event elements and let the SALTY team use our connections and expertise to do the rest.

$250 per element or vendor

Day-of Event Coordination

Leading up to the event date, the SALTY team will synthesize the vendors, timeline, and other elements that have been planned by our team or yours. On the day of your event, we will ensure all the elements are as closely to your vision as possible! A Day-Of Event Coordinator also pays special attention to keeping the event space in order, paying attention to the clientโ€™s personal needs and wishes, and monitoring guest satisfaction.

Pricing: $500

Wedding Directing

The SALTY Team will organize the bride, groom, wedding party and participating family in regards to placement, timing and order of processional and recessional. This includes a wedding rehearsal and day coordination of processional.

Pricing: $250

Event Rentals

SALTY has a variety of arbors, tables, chairs, rugs, tableware, and decor items available to rent to fill your event space.

Vendor Coordinationโ€”Client Booked

SALTY will communicate with all vendors that the client has booked for his or her event date to ensure timeline, location, and permitting coordination.

$150/Vendor

Vendor Coordinationโ€”SALTY Booked

SALTY will pull from a vetted list of local vendors we are proud to affiliate with in our area. We will ascertain availability and pricing for the services requested and provide the client with several trusted vendors to choose from. SALTY will facilitate the booking process and communicate with the vendors leading up to and on the event date to ensure timeline, location, and permitting coordination.

$250/Vendor

Bartending

SALTY will provide polished and professional services for serving and mixing drinks during the event time.

Pricing: $125/hour

These services can be combined with one another for comprehensive coverage or selected a la carte. Our team is available to make recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
